Cedar Breaks National Monument, Utah · Part 1 · Postcard #57
Cedar Breaks Scenic Drive: WOW at 10,000 Feet!
Authentic travels, shared by Papa Rick. Watch on YouTube ↗
The Postcard Story
Cedar Breaks National Monument became a three-part Go Explore series in my postcard collection. This first visit starts with the scenic drive up—the beginning of a journey into Utah’s high-elevation landscape.
The National Park Service places Cedar Breaks east of Cedar City, at over 10,000 feet. That elevation is part of what makes “WOW at 10,000 Feet!” such a fitting introduction to Postcard #57. Watch the short above for the views that caught my eye along the way.
My Cedar Breaks series continues with Supreme Viewpoint in Part 2, Postcard #58, and Alpine Pond in Part 3, Postcard #59. Together they save several parts of the visit as quick bursts of fun, using photographs from my own travels.
These postcards are a way to keep the journey for my family and share a little of God’s scenic beauty of America. You can enjoy the view here, follow the rest of the series on my channel, or collect the scenic-drive mug below. Before planning your own visit, check the National Park Service for current road access, weather, and visitor information.
