Your collectible purchase is completed on Fourthwall. Here’s a quick guide before you order.

Physical collectibles

Fourthwall’s general guidance for on-demand products allows 2–5 business days for production, followed by shipping. Delivery estimates, costs, sizes, and available options for your particular items are shown in the Fourthwall shop and checkout. Holiday demand and destination can affect timing; these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Digital downloads

Digital collectibles do not require physical shipping. Follow the download instructions provided with your Fourthwall purchase. Check each listing for what is included before ordering.

Returns and quality issues

For Fourthwall’s made-to-order products, changes of mind and size preferences generally do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items can be reviewed for a resolution. Report a problem promptly through the support contact in your order confirmation, with your order number and clear photos. Fourthwall generally asks for quality reports within 30 days of delivery; applicable consumer rights may provide different or additional protections.
